My name is Stephanie Jacobs, and I have dedicated the past 25 years to the field of education, currently serving as a middle school science teacher. With a passion for helping educators reach their full potential, I aspire to become an Instructional Coach. In this role, I will focus on creating strong partnerships, conducting nonjudgmental evaluations, and providing professional development in educational technology. I also specialize in lesson planning and developing creative educational resources.

    In today's world, technology and learning are strongly intertwined, presenting a vast array of tools and methods that can be overwhelming. I believe in the importance of analyzing, designing, and developing instruction that effectively incorporates technology to meet the needs of diverse learners. Grounded in robust learning and design theories, my approach ensures that instruction is both specific and intentional.

    To further my expertise, I have pursued graduate certificates in Learning, Design, and Technology, and most recently, Instructional Coaching. My goal is to empower educators with the skills and confidence they need to excel, ultimately enhancing the educational experience for students.
